Where 888id identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to merge balances, void bonuses, and/or close all accounts associated with that individual.
Current employees, contractors, and officers of 888id, as well as immediate family members residing in the same household as such persons, are not eligible to register or maintain a member account on 888id.
When registering an account on 888id, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Indonesian mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888id login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or permit anyone under the age of 21 to use your account. 888id will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds awarded to an 888id member must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as cash. 888id reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close an account, where it determines that a member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine gaming intent, or exploiting a technical error in 888id's bonus calculation system.
Bonus Funds that are not used or do not have their Wagering Requirement met within the promotional validity period specified at the time of award will expire automatically and be removed from the member's balance without notice or compensation.

In no event shall 888id be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 888id has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
888id reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines — in its sole discretion — that the member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, is suspected of fraudulent activity, or if account suspension is required to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive.
Upon termination of an account by either party, any verified cash balance remaining in the member's IDR Wallet (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement) will be returned to the member via the most recent payment method on record, subject to completed KYC verification. 888id is not obligated to return funds where the account was closed due to fraudulent conduct, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or as a result of a regulatory direction.
